- 6 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
