  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
