- 4–6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter generously on each half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the buttered halves.
