Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down. Score the surface in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread half of the glaze over the scored surface of the ham.
