  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down. Score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the glaze over the scored surface of the ham.
  5. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and roast for about two hours, basting every 30 minutes with pan juices.
  6. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize. Once golden brown, let rest before slicing.
