Instructions

- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4 minutes until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring well. Gradually add beef broth while mixing to avoid lumps.
- Lower the heat, then mix in sour cream and Dijon mustard. Allow to simmer gently for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
