  • 1 cup snow peas

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add oil and stir-fry the beef for about 3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
