  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
