Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb sliced ham (honey-baked or smoked)
  • 12 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice slider buns in half without fully separating them. Spread Dijon mustard on both sides.
  3. Layer each bottom bun with a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese. Optionally, add another layer for extra goodness.
  4. Melt butter in a small bowl, stir in garlic powder, and brush over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  5. Place sliders in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing apart and serving warm.
