- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into a greased springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, granulated sugar, and eggs one at a time until fully blended. Stir in cinnamon.
- Toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, layer half the apples on top, then add the remaining filling and apples.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar with softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apple layer.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes until edges are set but center has a slight jiggle. Allow cooling completely before removing from pan.
