  • 1 lb beef flank steak, sliced against the grain
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Slice flank steak into thin strips for even cooking.

  3. Place sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour half of the sauce over it; reserve remaining sauce.
