Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe peaches, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the peaches. Toss them with a tablespoon of sugar if desired for extra sweetness.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined. Add chopped peaches and fold gently.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 6 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop and serve with extra peach slices if desired.
