- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and quartering the tomatoes. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
