Ingredients for Lotus Seafood Sauce Recipe
- 2 Sticks of Butter
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- 3 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning

Let’s Start Cooking Lotus Seafood Sauce
Step 01- Collect all ingredients: Before starting cooking, and save time, Make sure you have all ingredients at one place and also the tools are required. Butter, Onion, Garlic, Heavy Cream, Cajun and, Old Bay Seasoning, Paprika will be the main ingredients and in addition we can add Parsley for Color, Lemon Juice and Black Pepper for better taste. And obviously the tools.

Step 02- Melt butter with onion: We are going to start cooking with 2 sticks of butter on a medium cooking pot. Let the butter melt on medium heat. When butter is melting on medium flame add 1 Small chopped onion and wait until the butter melts completely. You can also melt one stick of butter, if you want to cook in less quantity. It will take around 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Step 03- Add Garlic: When the butter is nice and melted with those onions, we will add the best component of our recipe and that is Garlic. We will add 3 Tsp of Minced Garlic.
