With its perfect blend of smokiness, sweetness, and spice, this sauce transforms grilled chicken and vegetables into a flavor-packed feast. Ideal for barbecues or family dinners, it’s an easy way to impress your guests and satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your kitchen counter.
  2. In a blender, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, allspice, cayenne pepper, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in the jerk sauce and marinate for at least one hour (preferably overnight).
