Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Layer half of the ladyfingers in a rectangular dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then top with half of the mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and finish with the last layer of berries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
