Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed; lumps are fine.
  3. Gently fold in chopped peaches.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour in 1/2 cup of batter per pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on top; flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with maple syrup drizzled on top.
