- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until creamy. Add an egg and beat until combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture over it, then pour remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely before slicing.
