Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with vegetable oil and vanilla extract until frothy. Mix in the grated carrots.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid over-mixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the frosting by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on cooled brownies.
- Top with crushed Oreos for ‘dirt’ and place gummy worms decoratively.
