  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples (or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp raw local honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the baguette into half-inch thick pieces and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  3. Lightly brush each slice with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and place slices of Brie on each toast while still warm, allowing it to melt slightly.
